During the National Day holiday, Guangxi's Hechi city, known for its rich county-level tourism resources, has seen a remarkable surge in tourism interest. The city welcomed 3.58 million visitors, marking a 17.9 percent increase compared to last year, with tourism consumption reaching 2.64 billion yuan ($374 million), up 16.58 percent.
At the scenic area of Liu Sanjie's hometown in Yizhou, visitors were enchanted by a live show and the interactive experience of local ethnic culture. The mineral hot springs in Nandan county emerged as a popular choice for autumn wellness getaways.
Tian'e county also gained popularity for its "blue knife fish storm," drawing widespread attention of visitors. Tourists witnessed the spectacular sight of blue knife fish along the clear river, enjoying both the fish and the beautiful landscape along the way.
Both service and infrastructures in Hechi's counties have been enhanced, attracting more visitors to come and spend their holidays.
