In recent years, ASEAN-oriented cross-border e-commerce has been flourishing. As a national e-commerce demonstration city, Nanning encouraged the Management Committee of Wuxiang New Area (Nanning Area of China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone) to collaborate with the Zhejiang Cross-Border E-Commerce Industry Alliance to establish Guangxi ASEAN Cross-Border E-Commerce Headquarters Base.

It is reported that during this year"s China-ASEAN Expo, Welian Platform collaborated with the base to evaluate and release the "2024 China’s Top 100 Next Unicorns in Southeast Asia", which holds great significance for identifying Chinese companies showing outstanding growth potential and innovation in the Southeast Asian market. So far, the base has set up a liaison office in Nanning for next unicorn companies venturing into the Southeast Asian market, serving over 300 cross-border e-commerce enterprises. In the future, Guangxi ASEAN Cross-Border E-Commerce Headquarters Base will continue to rely on Nanning’s resources, helping more companies achieve their goal of expanding into ASEAN markets.
