On the evening of October 26, the 8th Guangxi Wancun Basketball Games (“Jianzhi Sports Cup”)  and Guangxi Community Games City-level Competition officially began in Fangchenggang. International students from ASEAN countries and representatives from Fangchenggang participated in a draw to form the China-ASEAN Friendship Team and the China-ASEAN Solidarity Team for competition. The two cross-border events have enhanced sports and cultural exchanges between Guangxi and ASEAN countries, furthering their traditional friendship. The ASEAN students also tasted a variety of local delicacies. In particular, the Vietnamese basketball team players were so impressed by Guangxi's food that they couldn't stop eating. (Bo)
