BEIJING, Jan. 9 (Xinhua) -- Foreign leaders and heads of international organizations have sent condolence messages to Chinese President Xi Jinping or expressed their sincere sympathies in other ways since a strong earthquake on Tuesday struck Dingri County in the city of Xigaze, China's Xizang Autonomous Region.
